Our Hygiene Guarantee

• Defective Products: If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our whatsapp number with photos of the issue.

 

• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, all innerwear products (underpants and briefs) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the seal is broken or the product has been delivered.

 

• Sizing Tip: Because we cannot accept returns for fit issues, please refer to our Size Guide. If you have muscular or large legs, we strongly recommend choosing one size larger than your standard waist measurement.
